MeKenzie Russell, LPC-MHSP

As a therapist, I believe in meeting my clients exactly where they are in their healing journey. Ultimately, I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing grief or other life transitions that are having trouble navigating new terrain. I also work with those who may be experiencing anxiety and depression and need assistance in creating coping skills. Additionally, I love to help men and women explore their own attachment style and work through early trauma.

I know how difficult it can be making the decision to participate in therapy and believe in creating a safe place for my clients. I use an integrative approach, meaning I will utilize techniques from different counseling approaches in order to meet the needs of my client.
